Just like other CEOs, I worry about innovation, and whether we are doing it fast enough. But I’ve learned that innovation is a team sport that requires collaboration, and that genuine collaboration is voluntary. The more employees feel connected to each other, to the company, and to me as the CEO, the more they will want to work together. Enterprise social software helps build those connections better than any other tool I have seen in a long time. I can’t imagine doing my job without it.— Social Media for the Enterprise
